Sense of Play LLC Private Event Information

Bring fun to your community with a Sense of Play private event. Private events are a great way to attend a Sense of Play class at your convenience with your favorite people.

Event Cost:

$60 non-refundable deposit to hold your date, in addition to $15 per attendee, with a minimum of 10 children in attendance. Additional participants can be added for an additional fee.

What’s included:

Sensory Bins: Your choice of up to 3 sensory bins

Art Invitations: Your choice of up to 3 process art invitations with a variety of art materials.

Sensory Exploration: An area with sensory materials, such as scarves, sensory tiles, sensory bottles or blocks.

FAQs:

How long is a Sense of Play Date: Prices above are for 2 hours. Play dates are 60 minutes, with 30 minutes of set up prior and 30 minutes for clean up.

What do I need to prepare: All materials and clean up are provided by Sense of Play. Classes can take place in a private residence/space, or public outdoor space. Sense of Play is unable to rent or provide a space for your event, but can assist in finding adequate outdoor public spaces.

Are the activities customizable: Activities are customizable and can be curated to fit the theme and ages of your event. Please note, some themes will require an extra cost.

Do parents need to attend: Sense of Play classes are intended to be child lead with adult caregiver participation. Each child must have an adult caregiver present during your event.

How far in advance do I need to book: Events must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Private events must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event. To receive a full refund, you must cancel, in writing, within one week of your event date. Refunds are not available if cancelled less than one week in advance.
